“Bala Bharathi”

The Centre helps the child in the following manner.

It trains the intellectual, moral, spiritual, emotional, physical, social and aesthetic faculties of the children. It also helps them to build a social foundation of fundamental learning skills, thereby equipping them for the fast changing education of today, and the future.

INSTRUCTIONS TO BE ADHERED TO:

1. Parents should keep to the specified time without fail.
2. The child should be toilet trained.
3. The child should be weaned from the feeding bottle.
4. All the belongings of the child like water bottle, snack box, school bag, napkin, kerchief, shoes, slate etc., to be labelled.
5. Junk food to be avoided for snacks.
6. Seasonal fruits or vegetables can be given as snacks.
7. A change of dress must be sent, inclusive of panties.
8. Nails to be trimmed regularly and hair to be kept free from lice.
9. A neat fresh kerchief is to be pinned each day.
10. Conversation in English should be inculcated at home.
11. Uniforms should be neatly ironed and shoes well maintained.
12. Parents are expected to leave their wards in the school premises by
8.45 a.m. and collect them back at 12.00 noon.

TIMINGS

8.45 a.m. to 12.00 noon.

1.Parents of L.K.G. are requested to pay Rs.735 towards Text Books, Note
Books and Hand Book on or before 20th May 2007. Otherwise supply cannot be guaranteed in time.

2.Parents can collect the books on 04.06.2007 and 05.06.2007 between 9.30 a.m. and 12 noon.

3.Office functions from 9.30 a.m. to 12 noon only, during vacation.

Namaskars.

The school opens for your child on 7th June 2007 Thursday at 9 a.m. with lot of play materials to choose and use. Just like the previous years we want a parent, preferably the mother, to remain with the child for a week till the child gets acclimatized to the school environment and accepts the teacher. Please co-operate and bear with the inconvenience.

Bala Bharathi is the Kinder Garten Wing of Sitadevi Garodia Hindu Vidyalaya. It aims at shaping the character and conduct of the child and also developing his / her total personality. It also involves creating an awareness of our great culture and a spirit of devotion to our motherland, in our children.

The following instructions would certainly help the parents to make their wards appear smart:

• Uniforms should be neatly ironed.
• A neat fresh kerchief is to be pinned each day.
• Nails to be trimmed regularly and hair to be kept free from lice.
• The child should be toilet trained.
• The child should be weaned away from the feeding bottle.
• All the belongings of the child like water bottle, snack box, school bag, napkin, kerchief, etc., to be labelled.

PARENTS - YOUR KIND ATTENTION!

1. Parents must leave their wards in the school premises by 8.45 a.m. and
collect them back at 12 noon.
2. White canvas shoes to be well maintained( Shoes with lace not buckles).
3. A spare dress (inclusive of under garments) must be sent.
4. Conversation in English to be encouraged at home.
5. Seasonal fruits and vegetables to be given and junk food to be avoided.
6. You are requested to pay Rs.595/- towards Text Books, Note
Books and Hand Book on or before 15th May 2008. Otherwise supply
cannot be guaranteed on the stipulated date.
7. Parents can collect the books on 04.06.2008 between 9.30 a.m. and
3.30 p.m.
8 Office functions from 9.30 a.m. to 12 noon only, during vacation.

You have admitted your child in the best school. We adopt them. Your child is welcomed on 6th June 2008, Friday with lots of play materials. The first day at school will be a wonderful experience.
As in the previous years, we would like a parent, preferably the mother, to remain with the child for a week till he / she gets familiarised with the new environment and with a variety of faces.
