The school was started in 1988 and is managed by Vishwa Hindu Vidya Kendra, imparting Man Making Education to bring about the all round development of the student.
THE MISSION :
Sitadevi Garodia Hindu Vidyalaya, which is now a Higher Secondary School, had its humble beginning in the year 1988. It has been evolved with a mission. Keeping intune with the modern approach in imparting knowledge based on updated curriculum, there is a convinced emphasis on the children being in close touch with our culture, history and tradition. We have achieved a fair measure of success in the aim of the children developing a very healthy respect for the fundamental values that the nation has always stood for and instilling in them a conviction that they have to carry this mantle as a live mission.
The children are being guided by a dedicated band of teachers, who have enmeshed their life's ambition with the mission of the School. It is not merely classroom exercise or contact, but a total monitoring of the children's behavior and studies, throughout the time they are in the school. The approach is psychological and persuasive. It is natural therefore for the school to achieve cent percent results in X standard Matriculation examination right from its inception and also have the crowning glory of cornering the coveted State I rank in 1998. The First set of XII Standard students are going to appear for their Board Examination this year.
Their development in extracurricular activities like sports, cultural and other participatory activities are also given the attention due.
The enlightened management looks after the total needs of the teachers and students both in and out of the school. It determines the mission and the goal for the school and motivates the staff and children to achieve the same. Here again it is persuasion and not persecution. The management ensures the delicate balance of finding the finance for the needs of the school on the one hand and keeping an eye on the affordability of the parents on the other.
To sum up the school has a mission of total grooming and a vision of being a role model. It has already achieved a fair measure of success in the pursuit, but it has not the habit of resting the laurels.
