Leave or absence
Prior permission should be sought in writing. However in unforeseen circumstances, parents are requested to send a note to the Principal in the page provided for in the hand - book, for this purpose.
Serious notice will be taken fo absence without leave at the time of examinations and at the time of commencement of classes after holidays. If a pupil is absent without leave his / her name is liable to be removed from the rolls.
Late attendance will not be tolerated.
General Regulations
Pupils are not allowed to leave the class room without the permission of the teacher and not allowed to leave the school premises without the permission of the Principal. Parents are requested to send a letter in case they want their wards to leave the school during class hours due to some urgent necessity.
Parents and others who bring lunch to children should go inside the school only during lunch hours.
Parents! FOR YOU!
- The fee must be paid before the 15th of the prescribed month. If not, a fine of Rs.50/- will be charged for the said month and Rs.25/- for each subsequent month.
- Parents and Guardians are requested not to meet their wards or the teachers during class hours without prior permission of the Principal. Parents and others who bring lunch to children should go inside the school only during lunch hours.
- Parents who wish to take their wards home during school hours must get the Principal's permission. Others should bring authorization letter from the parents.
- Parents are requested to check the Hand Book daily,look in for homework endorsement made by the teacher and to communicate their wish through the Hand Book.
- Hand Book and test note books should be signed by the parents.
- Parents are requested to respond to the call of the teachers in connection with the child's work or conduct at school, in the interest in the child's work or conduct at school.
- Progress Report will be sent to the parents after every examination. Parents should carefully examine,sign and return the Progress Report within two days of issue. Late submission will lead to penalty.
- Private tuitions are not encouraged. However arrangements will be made to give special coaching to weaker students.
- Parents who wish to utilize the School Van and Bus Services for their children can contact our office.
- In case of emergency parents should get in touch with the Principal/Office.
- Your active support and co-operation are needed in maintaining the discipline of the school
Birth Day Benefaction:
Here are some suggestions to make your child's birthday a day to remember.
You can denote Rs.100/- the interest of which will get small gifts and prizes in your child's name on various occasions year after year.
You can donate books to the school library, which would be a lasting treasure.
You can donate either a fan, a playing or a teaching aid or any other useful material in consultation with the school authorities for the development of the school.
Your gifts will be gratefully acknowledged through public announcement made during the prayer assembly and your child will be greeted on the occasion by all the other children of the school.
Let the birthday of your child be a day of benefaction A gracious gesture brings grace to your child.
Rules of Discipline:
1.There are three terminal and three mid-term examinations in a year. The mid-term test marks will also be considered for promotion.
2. No separate examination will be conducted for any students. A student who fails to appear in any particular subject in the examination will not be ranked with the rest of the class for that examination.
3. 75% attendance is compulsory for students to be eligible for promotion.
4. Attendance on National Days i.e., Independence Day and Republic Day is compulsory. Absence without prior approval will be viewed seriously.
5. In all cases of leave of absence, prior permission should be obtained in writing. However in unforeseen circumstances, an authentic reason should furnished in a letter addressed to the Principal.
6. Attendance is compulsory at the time of re-opening of classes after holidays.
7. Students are expected to reach school before the first bell. Late attendance will not be tolerated.
8. Students are not allowed to leave the class room without the permission of the teacher and the school premises without the permission of the Principal
9. Students should not wear costly jewels while coming to the school.
Note to the students & Parents:

Dear student and parents
A well planned hand-book to each student enables establishing contact between the parents and teachers and give sample scope for the student to keep vigil on his / her personal development.
School Discipline:
Children attending the school should
- be neat and clean
- be regular and punctual
- bring the hand - book daily
- come to school in uniform only
- handle the laboratory equipment with utmost care
- not bring magazines, newspapers, raffle tickets to school
- not write or scribble on the walls or school property
Damages caused by neglience of the children shall be borne by the parents.
Parents Please Note

- The Hand Book is the most effective medium of Parent-Teacher Communication Parents are requested to check the hand book daily to look in for homework endoresement made by the teacher and to communicate their wish through the Hand Book.
- Parents and Guardians are requested not to see the children or meet the class teachers during class hours without the prior permission of the Principal in all matters. All communications should be addressed to the Principal.
- After each Mid-term examination, progress reports will be sent. Parents should carefully eamine, sign and return the Progress Report sent to them within two days off issue late submission will lead penalty. If the progress card is lost a fee of Rs.10/- will be collected to replace it.
- After each terminal examination, parents can collect the report card directly from the class teacher on the openday and discuss with the teachers for further improvement.
- Private tuitions are not encouraged. However the schools has made provisions for special coaching to weaker students.
- Parents may utilize the Van and Bus Services for the children. Interested parents can contact our office.
- Parents are requested to co-operate with the staff, and ensure the progress of their children by paying attention to their regulaity, punctuality, discipline and by taking interest in the child's work.
- Please oversee the student's work at home and help them in their studies at home.
- Please ensure that they come to school without wearing costly jewels and ornaments.
- Please advice them not to pay eatables outside. Educate them on hygienic habits.
- Parents or guardians should not enter the class rooms during class hours.
- In case of emergency, parents should get in touch with the Principal / Office.
- Active support and co-operation are needed in maintaining the discipline of the school, in the larger interest of the children.
- Parents should send spoon and Lanch Towel along with the lunch.
