Your Child's Birthday – Make it memorable and meaningful
Here are some suggestions to make your child's birthday a day to remember:
- You can donate Rs.100 or more, the interest of which will help to build up the School Library.
- You can also donate books to the school library.
- Donation in the form of articles like a fan, a play thing or a teaching aid or any other useful material in consultation with the school authorities is also welcome.
- Your child will be greeted by all the other children of the school on his /her birthday during the morning assembly.
- Let your child's birthday be a day of benefaction.
The Hand Book ......Its Purpose
The handbook is meticulously planned to establish contact between the parents and the teachers, to give ample scope for the pupil to keep vigil on his / her personal development.
Exclusively for students
The student should
- be neat and clean
- be regular and punctual
- come to school in neat uniform only
- bring the handbook daily
- not wear costly jewellery to school
- not bring cell phones, magazines, raffle tickets to school
- not write or scribble on the walls, benches or school property
- handle the laboratory equipments and computers with utmost care.
- be disciplined in school .
Students are expected to be disciplined inside and outside the classroom. Any act of indiscipline insubordination and disrespect will be dealt with severely.
Damages caused by the negligence of the student shall be borne by
the parents.
On the Academic Side
- Students are expected to be in the School campus before the time.
Late attendance will not be tolerated.
- Students are not allowed to leave the class room without the teacher's permission and the school premises without the Principal's permission.
- 75% Attendance is compulsory for promotion.
- In case of leave of absence , prior permission should be obtained in writing. However in unforeseen circumstances, authentic reason should be furnished in a letter addressed to the Principal.
- Attendance on National Days i.e. Independence Day and Republic Day is compulsory. Absence without prior approval will be viewed seriously.
- Attendance is compulsory at the time of re – opening of classes after holidays.
- There are three terminal and three mid term examinations in a year. No separate examination will be conducted for any student.
- A student who fails to appear in any particular subject (theory & Practical) during examinations , will not be considered for ranking.
Parents For You, Please....
- The I , II & III term fees should be paid before the 30th of June, 31st of October & 31st of January respectively. If not, a fine of Rs. 50 / - will be charged for the first month and Rs. 25/- for each subsequent month.
- You are requested not to meet your wards or the teachers during class hours without the prior permission of the Principal.
- If you bring lunch to children, you should enter the school campus only during the lunch break.
- If you wish to take your wards home during school hours, you must get the Principal's permission.
- You are requested to check the handbook daily and look in for home work endorsement made by the teacher. Please ensure that you sign the hand book and test note books.
- After each Mid – term test, Progress Report will be sent to you. Please examine it carefully , sign and return within two days of issue. Late submission will be viewed seriously. Loss of Progress Report will lead to a penalty of Rs.10.
- You can collect the Progress Report in person on the “OPEN DAY” (after each terminal examination) and discuss your ward's performance with the teachers concerned. Special coaching will be given to students who need additional care.
- Private tuitions are not encouraged.
- Parents should ensure that the teacher's observation about child's progress , conduct and behaviour are attended to immediately.
- Advise your ward not to buy eatables sold outside. Enlighten them on hygienic habits.
- If you wish to utilize our school van and bus services for your wards, you can contact our school office.
- In case of any emergency, please contact our school office / Principal.

Lunch Pass
(Applicable to Students from Class VI onwards)
Students who stay very close to school and want to go home for lunch can do so. On receipt of a requisition letter from the Parent / Guardian, a lunch gate pass will be issued to the student on payment of the requisite fee. The student is expected to carry lunch pass everyday.
